Experts consider the requirement for permanent military base in Kosovo absurd: It's from 99.

Referring to the military camp “Bandsteel” located in Kosovo, security connoisseurs say the same exists since 99.

Security expert Avni Islami says that to have permanent ground, Kosovo is needed in NATO, though it says there is already a military base.
