This protest was a response to Salih Mustaf's sentence by the Special Court to 26 years in prison.
In response to this decision, PSD activists wrote in EULEX circles: “NOT IN MY NAME” (JO NË EMRIN TIM).
“Declaring the decision against Mr. Salih Mustafa preceded the political explanation; expression on behalf of the people was given clarification by the Court. Its mandate, the clarification said, comes from the Kosovo Assembly. Therefore, the decisions of this court stem from the people of Kosovo. The Specialised Chambers want legitimacy beyond that formal-jurd, because the court's decisions have no legitimacy in the people of Kosovo. And how to get, while within the law, which uses the international convention of justice, opens the way to one-ethnic judgment with the ultimate goal of saving the liberation war in conflict for narrow personal interests”, the PSD communiqué says.
But The PSD warned that on Saturday they hold protests at 2: 00 p.m. in “Zahir Pajaziti” square against Special Court rulings.
