Tirana will be purchased with numerous security forces. About 1500 effectives are expected to be on the ground to ensure the summit's prosperity.
The level of security measures appears to be iron measures, nearly the same as those undertaken at the time that former US Secretary of State John Kerry or Pope Francisescu came to Tirana.
