He has said the negotiations are diplomatic and certainly very delicate. As has added further, the presidents of Kosovo and Serbia will give their comments, while stressing that the EU has already said the agreements, which have been implemented, including the Association of Serb Majorities.
“Presidents will give their comments. I think we should stress that we have the opportunity, as the EU has already said, that everything agreed should be implemented, including the Association of Serbian Communities. But in an emergency way, we have the opportunity to take a step towards a legally binding agreement for normalising relations between Belgrade and Pristina”, Giaufret has said.
Meanwhile, he has said he is convinced that dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia will continue.
