(4 years ago)Former head of the Constitutional Court, Enver Hasani has said Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti's decision to appoint Nenad Rashiqi in the position of Minister for Kthim and Community is a violation of the Kosovo Constitution. Hasan has said so about Kosovo Online, saying Article 96 and the fifth point of the Constitution [...] were violated.
So Hasan has said of Kosovo Online, saying that Article 96 and the 5th point of the Kosovo Constitution have been violated, saying that any re-appointed of a minister who is not from the majority community requires consultation with political forces representing that minority.
He says the Constitutional Court will reject such a decision to appoint Rashiki as minister.
“I don't want to believe that the Constitutional Court will support such a decision”, Hasani has said.
