Naim Uka has resigned from the position of deputy director at the Institute of Legal Medicine, following the disappearance of several samples in the case of Astrit Dehari from the legal medicine Institute's labs.
Uka has confirmed that he has resigned morally and irrevocable from the position of Deputy Director of the IML.
The disappearance of Dehari's samples, Minister Haxhiu has commented on it as “akt serious and criminal”.
According to her, samples have been observed that they are not in Laborator when they were being carried from old refrigerators to young ones.
Haxhiu had declared that in the area of the IML where the samples are located, there are only three people with access.

Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu has pledged that the authors who have eliminated Astrit Dehari samples from the IML laboratory will be found and the case will be whiteened.

The deceased, along with five other LVV activists, was being investigated under suspicion that they had planned and organised the attack on the Kosovo Parliament building on August 4th 2016.
