The Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) is seeking the dismissal of justice's resignation, Albulen Haxhiu, as it considers it should take responsibility for the disappearance of Astrit Dehari samples.
Even for LDK deputy Rock Manaj, the resignation or dismissal of Minister Haxhiu is already delayed, as he said, there can be no fair investigation without her leaving this dictatorship.
“The LDK estimates that the disappearance of Astrit Dehar's samples from the Legal Medicine Institute that exists within the Ministry of Justice is superscandal... The justice minister is unable to manage the ministry and unable to lead the reform system in the justice system. So her resignation is the minimum responsibility in this case and in many other cases... We request the resignation of Justice Minister”, he said.
Manaj at a media conference said it is not enough just to place and suspend the IML officials' disciplinary commission.
He said it is a move by which the minister of justice's political and institutional responsibility -- where, in the event it does not resign -- he asked Prime Minister Kurti to dismiss Hadzic.
If the justice minister does not resign today, we invite Prime Minister Kurti to dismiss him. If he doesn't fire him, we consider him co-aware in this case of the extinction of samples. This is the moment that will show the determination of Prime Minister Kurti and his government to deal with him seriously and whiteen him in full the case of Astrit Dehar. May the extinction of these samples not affect the occasional lighting. If the extinction of such evidence occurs directly in the full enlightenment of the Astrit Dehar case, then the question is, who is interested in not observing this case?... In the dawn of the Astrit Dehar case, there can be no fair investigation without the resignation of the justice minister, its dismissal is already delayed”, he said.
The LDK MP has called on the Special Prosecutor and the Orders to quickly whitewash “this criminal case of the extinction of samples and all involved acters to get the due sentence”.
