Airport “Adem Jashari” is provisionally closed after the bomb threat and all relevant units are in Slatina.
We think all passengers and personnel were evacuated from airport space.
Kosovo police, it says today in the morning hours, have accepted information with threatening content, for explosive tools at the “Adem Jashari” International Airport in Pristina.
“Based on this information, Kosovo Police in co-operation and co-ordination with relevant institutions have undertaken immediate police actions, where, due to security reasons, the airport has temporarily closed. In order to investigate, control and security measures, relevant units are engaged, so we seek understanding of all citizens.
Kosovo police will continue to keep you informed about the developments further until the opening of the 48x0 air station. /Periscopi/
