We also made an overhaul of the Energy Law with the aim of optimizing and terming emergency measures and creating a clear basis for establishing and monitoring energy savings measures during the emergency period.
With the Cinematography Bill that we voted in the government today, we opened new doors to developing local cinematography, which we see as the major power of cultural development. And with the concept of Youth, we paved the way for advancing state policy for youth and restructuring of the youth sector.
Through the Education Programme “Security Education”, we demonstrated the cooperation of the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation and the Ministry of Defense, from which the children of the 11th grade, starting at the end of the 2022-23 teaching year, will benefit knowledge and skill in the field of defence and security.
Kosovo Telecom extended 20m euros of loans, which will be used for capital investments. This year, for the first time in 2015, this public enterprise has a positive financial balance.
We recommended the country's presidential request to grant the Minister of Finance, Labour and Transfers authorisation for the signing of the Financial Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the “Pristina Solar Park” project.
