According to Bequra, the competition authenticity has not been announced by the MTS company, which according to legal obligations had to pre-represent the demand for the purchase of these companies.

“After reviewing the authority found that the MTS company has made purchases or took place trades related to the purchase of companies operating at the regional level of these municipalities and gaining control of them, and in this case it has been concentrated illegally and has not introduced the demand for swimming that it should make in the authority of competition and during the trade of these shares and transactions that have occurred have been met the legal obligation to submit to the authority”.
