I think that's how it stands. The Kosovo government has failed to extend sovereignty like other governments. The prosecutor and the Judge of the Pantych case, I think they saved Kurt's face. The situation has calmed down, the situation has been stressed after Serbs have applied for him to be released, and clearly there has been agreement. So the first condition for removing the barricades with his release has been met. This gentleman has been released after the Government of Kosovo has no possibility that even this decision will be executiveized”, Topalli said further in Political.
