Serbia's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ivica Dacic, said he does not believe the declaration of respect for all agreements, which will take place at the summit in Tirana, will, as “is aware of Pristina's respect and fulfillment of obligations that have signed”.
It's my personal conviction, and I think they divide it very much in Europe and the world, that nothing will change until it is Albin Kurti in power”, he said on Prva television.
According to Serbian top diplomat “the agreement could reach tomorrow, if Pristina wanted it, because Pristina is the biggest obstacle”.
“We have to make such a policy that nobody accuses us of our cause, Dachic stressed, and added that he is sure that Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, at the Tirana summit, will not change “as even a bit of” his positions expressed on the Kosovo issue.
Tirana has gathered leaders of the European Union and Western Balkans to the summit.
