Lipavsky said alarmed by the deterioration of the situation and the assault of EULEX members in this part of the country.
He, through a Twitter post, called on Serbs to remove the established barricades. Meanwhile, Kosovo authorities urged them to refrain.
“Alarmed by the recent deterioration of the situation in northern Kosovo with EULEX members attacked. I call on Kosovo Serb protesters to refrain from violence and dismantle barricades. I call on Kosovo authorities to show content”, Lipavsky wrote on Twitter.
