Croatia's prime minister, Andrej Plenkov, has said it is time for Serbia, if it wants to join the European Union, to harmonise its policies with those of the European Union. He said that “now is not the time for someone to sit in two” chairs.

At the entry of the EU-Western Balkans summit in Tirana, Plenkovic has said Serbia does not play a positive role in the region and is under Serbia's influence.
