In RtvDukagjin, he said the second point in this document envisions that Kosovo and Serbia recognise each other's independence.
“Plan is final. Serbia underscoring Kosovo's sovereignty, the expert recognition is recognition but no verbal score. I think only verbal notes are missing in that document. Serbia does not bring verbal marks to Kosovo that it is recognising, but along with the European Union the three sides sign an agreement in which, the second point there says Kosovo and Serbia recognises mutual sovereignty, independence, the right of peoples, and the right to self-rule parties and states function on equal rights”, Konjufca said. / P ERISCOPIA
