This project is designed to be realised in the village of Rasinca in the Shtime municipality.
In 2019, the Kosovo Assembly had unanimously voted in favour of the amendment to the construction of the first Observatory and Planetarium in Kosovo in Rasica, the country with favourable conditions for heavenly observations.
Parcella for the construction of this facility has been granted as a donation by Professor of Astronomy and Fisica Milaim Rushiti.
The observatory is a 360 - degree mobile dome, which opens and inside it puts the telescope vertically to enable observation of the sky, while the palantarium is half a dome in the sphere where we can design the sky the same as it is viewed as halfway. /Periscopi/
