She has said Kosovo's MPJ should intervene and demand that the report in question improve.

This report is scandalous on many levels. The EU has criticised Montenegro and northern Macedonia for not having visa regimes with Kosovo, thus putting us on a list with Russia, Cuba, and so on.
Moreover, such a report conflicts with the Berlin Process's goals and mission itself.
Kosovo's MPJ should intervene urgently, and seek to improve the report in question.
