Central Election Commission member from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Arian Elshani, told Radio Free Europe, that this institution has decided there should be no recommendation for delaying elections in the north.
“is not our mandate to recommend postponing the elections”, he said.
The CEC, according to him, will submit a report to Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani tonight about elections that are scheduled to be held on December 18th.
The “is a single informational report for the election process, so far, for activities that have been developed and for those that are designed to develop”, Elshani said.
