Brnabyq: We don't talk about the Franco-German plan until the Brussels Agreement is implemented

She has been asked by reporters in the Serbian government on this subject, but did not give a concrete answer until she tried to blame Kosovo for failing to implement previously signed agreements, Danas reports.
The Serbian “Pala is still pending implementation of the first agreement on normalising relations with Kosovo -- the Brussels Agreement, which was signed in 2013. I always ask internationals and foreign partners who will guarantee the second agreement, if the first has not yet been implemented”, she has said.
However, many of the signed agreements do not apply even Serbia.
Brnabyq has also talked about the situation in the north of the country, saying he does not want to think “that Kosovo police remove the barricades in northern Kosovo.
“Nor would I like to think that Kosovo police are removing barricades and questioning people's lives, as Albin Kurti” has warned, adding that if this happened it would constitute “attacks on women and children, elderly people behind barricades”.
I don't believe in such a scenario. It makes enough sense from the international acts, above all KFOR”.
For the request made to KFOR to return military personnel to Kosovo, the Serbian prime minister said that “underestimates the fact that KFOR is considering Serbia's” request and that he has not immediately rejected it.
For this request from Serbia, American emissary Gabriel Escobar has said they are opposed to this classically, adding that Kosovo has very strong security guarantees from the US.
