Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabiq said today that Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti brought Serbs and Albanians “to the edge of the war” and announced that because of this, Belgrade is close to demanding the return of troops to Kosovo, according to her, in line with UN Security Council Resolution 1244.
The “Every day is violated not only by the Brussels Agreement, but also the Kumanovo Agreement. We are close to seeking the return of our forces to Kosovo according to Resolution 1244, because KFOR is not doing its job. Serbs do not feel secure, and are threatened both physically and with life, including children's gardens”, Brnabiqi said, Serbian news agency “beta” reported.
She added that Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, will present details during the day about it, broadcasts Klankosova.tv. The Serbian prime minister has estimated that “everything Kurti does is dangerous for Serbs and Albanians, but also for Europe”.
It's the policy of the 18th and 19th centuries. It stirs feelings of despair. I am extremely worried and it was hard to sleep last night”, she said.
Brnabyqi has estimated that Kurti is not doing anything alone, but that there has been also “the assistance of EU partners who are not responding to”.
The EU does not react to what is happening, or react when it burns to the bone. KFOR and EULEX are not doing their job, not only in line with the Brussels agreement, but also with the Kumanovo Agreement. They do not protect Serbs in Kosovo either south or north of the Iber”, Serbian Prime Minister Anna Brnabiq said.
