European top diplomat Josep Borrell has reacted after the situation created in the north, saying the European Union will not tolerate attacks on EULEX or use violent criminal acts in northern Kosovo. “EULEX will continue to co-ordinate with Kosovo authorities and KFOR. All actors should avoid escalation”, he wrote on Twitter.
