Borrell said in front of the media that he would announce leaders regarding the situation there.

He said he is making efforts to reduce tensions in this part of Kosovo by sending the EU's emissar to Kosovo dialogue Serbia, Miroslav Lajcak, to Pristina and Belgrade.
