Albania's former prime minister was attacked in the face Tuesday by a citizen while leading the protest called by the opposition against Edi Rama government.
After the meeting, Mesic has said he was surprised by the attack on Berisha, which he saw as the “father of democracy in Albania and the wider”.
I was surprised because Berisha is the father of democracy in Albania and beyond. I don't have a lot of data right now, and I don't want to be declared at the moment, but this is the assassination against Berisha.
