The head of the Albanian state praised the new spirit of government co-operation and Greek authorities with Kosovo and underlined that “Kosovo is a political reality and recognition of its independence would serve further strengthening of peace and security in the Western Balkan region” becomes known on the official page of the Albanian presidency.
