Barricada is located on a road linking Serb-run northern Mitrovica to the south, inhabited by Albanian majority.

“North of the country, persons/ criminal groups at night, have continued to establish barricades, further hampering freedom of free movement. Reference to official information, two barricades with heavy tools --” -- have been introduced, police said.
The barricade, located in northern Mitrovica, is located at the crossroads of Technical School, police said.
This location is located near Bosniaks' neighbourhood, which is a multiethnic settlement where Albanians, Serbs and Bosniaks live, and the road where the barricades are located is one of the roads connecting North Mitrovica and South.
Meanwhile, the barricades located at Duda's Church are unable to move from South Mitrovica to Rudare, the Zvecan municipality.
