But what does the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code foresee to damage the corpse?
According to Article 421, Article 2, the person who has damaged the corpse is sentenced to fine or imprisonment for up to three years.
Anyone without authorization removes, harms, destroys, or hides the corpse, part of it, or the ashes of the deceased is fined or sentenced to a prison sentence of up to three (3)x1> was quoted at Article 2 of 421.
