Witnesses at the scene said the gunfighter attacked the Kurdish cultural centre and was seen entering a wig, according to AFP.
It's unclear if he deliberately aimed at either of them right now.
“A probe into charges of murder, deliberate murder and serious violence” and “are being entrusted currently with the 2nd district of judicial police (DPGJ)”, the prosecution said.
A 69-year-old had been arrested and placed in custody, the prosecution added. The incident has ended, France 24, reported until “is specifying his identity”.
