Periscope has found that the new route has started to signal that quality of the works may not have been by standards. Some parts of it have been observed this Friday, in fact, corroding over asphalt that some days later, the pits may even emerge.
The project has been contracted “Grlica -Company”, but as seen by photos published by the municipality, asphalt is laid down by the company “Rahovica”.
It turns out that the contract manager is Infente Zeynep.
Periscop contacted Mrs. Zeynep. She said that the asphalt was not paved on this road yet.

Periscopi has asked some road engineers and they have said that this layer, which is paved by the municipality, is asphalt. This is about the first layer of asphalt called BZH 32 and is in the thickness of 9cm. The second layer the manager talked about is in a 4cm thickness and is asphalt 0/11.
Unless quality can be of lower quality, the municipality has worked at adverse road construction temperatures.
On Tuesday, maximum temperature was 6 °C and minimum 4 °C.
According to European Union standards, it is not preferable for asphalt to be placed below 10 °C. In the EU, only Croatia is below, where asphalt is allowed to reach a minimum of 6 °C.
The Pristina municipality had recommended for contract a company with an offer of over 26 thousand euros more than the value it had envisioned for the construction of the “Nekibe Kelmendi” road.
The anticipated value of the contract has been 500 thousand euros. While, for tender the company “Grlica” has been recommended Sh.p.k., with the offer of 526 thousand 736 euros and 83 euros. All economic operators have offered prices on the projected value of 500 thousand euros. The cheapest was the recommended company, “Grlica”. /Periscopi/
