The same interrogation (in the presence of the defense attorney) has acknowledged that by the date 06.12.22, a Beretta - type pistol had been displayed in school spaces. After all investigative action has been undertaken in the case, a Beretta - type pistol, a clip and three bullets has been seized in the quality of material evidence.
With the State Prosecutor's decision, following the completion of police procedures, the suspects have been initiated case “possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”, while the case continues to be addressed in regular procedure.
