Professor at the University of New York, Alon Ben-Meir, has talked about developments in northern Kosovo.
He said the United States of America and the European Union should engage about the final solution between Kosovo and Serbia.
Ben-Meir, stressed that the opposite side of the north will always be a problem.
“There will be no solution to the conflict between countries for governance of this area, if it does not focus, with the support and mediation of the EU and the US, on reaching a final” agreement, the American professor says.
The American professor mentions one of the reasons for the problem there.
The primary conflict between Kosovo and Serbia is currently the statute of the Northern Serb Communists Community in the country's north”, he stressed.
“The same problem will be hot spot for the coming months. The US and the EU should be fully committed to final solutions”, said Alon Ben Meir.
