The reason for the establishment of barricades, as reported in local media, is the arrest of a former Kosovo Serb police member in Jarinje.
The large number of Serbs have gathered at the entrance to Leposaviqi's exit, in Rudar near Zvecan, as well as in Serbovac.
They do not want to allow Kosovo police to take him to Pristina.
