It alerts Sheell as he talks about Periscope: If elections are held, resignation of 6 mayors in the north is expected

A tense situation in northern Mitrovica is now under way, following the resistance of Serbs not to hold extraordinary elections on December 18th, which were decided as such by the country's president following the resignations in northern municipalities last month. Election delays are also seeking allies [...]

Serbs don't want elections in the north. This, of course, except that it was coming under the directives of Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, the situation there is manifesting itself abnormally, with successive attacks, thus hearing threats from the neighbouring state.

While the QWITTI ambassadors urged Kosovo to postpone these elections, Fatmir Sheholli for Periscope has shown that there is information that in case it insists on holding them, the six heads of Serbian municipalities in the north will resign.

And we can now say that is so the quiet situation in the concept that there is a bigger deal going on, but Serbs in the north are not interested in elections now and we hope and we believe that the president of Kosovo will bring the decision just as our top ally is looking for, the US. Because any election - holding effort can bring problems of other nature. If he insists on holding elections in the north, you have seen that the six mayors of Serb-run municipalities down the Iber River will resign, Sheholli told Periscope.

And since the discrete statement is often being made by Mr. Shehol in the media, it's Chief Speaker Glauk Konjufca who invited more space. In addition to this information, Shehol mentions Conjufe as ironic.

We have information, and now when you publish it, they say to Glauk, "Don't vet Fatmir as he says. And that would create a problem with other natures and hold elections in other municipalities, and that's how we got elections. We receive information from local Serbs, our offices in Belgrade, Skopje and Podgorica, in the north, and so on. He added.

So far, it is US Ambassador to Pristina Jeff Hovenier, who has asked the Kosovo government to postpone the planned elections to the north, with the aim of overcoming the situation there that last days manifested with successive explosions, where a policeman was injured.

German Ambassador Jorn Rohde supported the same.

Save Prime Minister Albin Kurti at the Assembly hearing yesterday  He said the elections should not be postponed, but that the opposition should also help the government overcome the situation.

And the prime minister also had an answer for the QUINTï ambassadors, telling you you are not Kosovo ministers.

THE important thing is that truth is public and we are confronted with all those who want to reform it. Maybe there's other ideas about what we can do most. But I think it's very wrong to do less; You have to understand that ambassadors also expect us to be in charge of our country. They're QUINT ambassadors, but they can't be ministers. Ministers are our citizens. That's our target, our understanding. Co-operation with international factors cannot be done by the way we treat its ministers we become their deputy ministers. Because they don't want that either. We're in a sensitive situation. Kurt said in the House.

EU: Condemning Attacks in the North

EU spokesman Peter Stano said the European Union and member states are conveying developments in Kosovo and said they condemn the violent actions of recent days.

We condemn violent incidents and attacks. The EU calls for responsibility and suspension, for the benefit of the local population. EULEX and KFOR are present on the ground and continue patrolling and monitoring the situation”, Stano said at a press conference.

The focus, he said, should be on normalising Kosovo- Serbia “because it is essential for the European route for both countries, and even for the calming of the situation, and for enlargement, something the EU has said over and over again, at the Tirana summit”.
