During the signing conference of the Rama agreement, he has thanked Turkey for its fears as he named this very good day for the two countries and the Armed Forces.

In his speech, Defence Minister Niko Peleshi thanked the Bayraktar company for its support.

We've made concrete investments in the purchase of important assets for the Armed Forces. 2023 will be the year we buy the fleet. It's a year where we'll hopefully have new capacities. We start with a small fleet. They're very useful. We had a constructive discussion with Bayraktari about this particular event and the agreement to be signed today. Maybe in the future we'll have the transfer of some Bayraktar technologies here. I thank Turkey for enabling this project.” said Peleshi.
