The “Brezovica” includes bribery and free construction in protected areas, in which top state officials were involved, including former mayor of the Shtrpce municipality Bratislav Nikollic, who allegedly received money and gifts for four years in exchange for providing construction permits at the “National Park. Sharri”
According to the announcement, former head of the Shrpca municipality, Bratislav Nikollic, has misused official office by enabling construction permits to be granted at the National Park “Sharri”, in the third and second zone of the weekend-zone in Brezovica. He is accused of misuse of official duty, bribery and exercise of influence and illegal weapons.
D.R. As director of Urbanism in this municipality, he is accused of abuse of duty, bribery and possession without permission.
Both H.B. and the D.M., as officials for abuse of duty and bribery, have been filed with as inspectors.
The charge of bribery and exercise has also been raised against S.M., as head of the Cadastrian Directorate.
Against former Secretary of the Ministry of Environment Arben Citaku, there has been an indictment for misuse of official duty and illegal weapons.
Defendant B.H. It is suspected that as chief inspector in this ministry in 2013-2021, it has taken legal action to ban construction of weekend houses and hotel facilities in Brezovica and that it has been aware that they are built without environmental consent. He is accused of misusing position.
M.H. It is suspected that the chief of the Environment and Water Protection Department at the MMPHI in this ministry has misused the task by failing to fulfill its duties.
The defendant H.A. He allegedly bribed as a physical person in 2014-2016. He is accused of exercising influence.
S.S. It is suspected that in 2016, he helped defendant Nikollick take bribes to act contrary to official duties. Against him has been filed the indictment for “accepting a bribe to aid”. So has J.C.
