Former AKI inspector: In the north we have a return of 2011-2012

Invited to RTV Dukagjini's Debat Plus, Soopyan has said Tuesday's developments in the country's north were not surprising but expected, given the phases of Kosovo- Serbia and what was introduced in Belgrade and Pristina.
