Five Afghan journalists who are endangered by Taliban will take refuge in Kosovo

Media rights lawyer Butterie Kusari has announced that five Afghan journalists, who are endangered by Taliban, will be accommodated in Kosovo. Kusari has said that this will be done through the Journalist Programme in KosovoJIR of the European Centre for Press Freedom and Media (ECPMF), supported by the European Federation of Journalists (EFJ) and implemented in Kosovo by the Association of Kosovo Journalists (AGK).
The programme is financed by the Government of Kosovo and the German government.
Under this programme, 13 journalists from Ukraine have so far been sheltered in Kosovo. /Periscopi/
