Actause against 67-year-old sister-in-law and grandson in Dragash says she was sent to stay in the cellar

Kunata N.A. and grandson J.A., of the S.D. (67) victim who was found dead in the village of Kuk of Dragash, are charged with inflicting mental violence on the victim, removing him from home to stay in a part of the court (cilar).
According to the indictment provided by “Justice Trust”, which turns out to have been set up on December 21, 2022, it is said that on November 8, 2922, in the village of Cook, the Dragas municipality, exactly in their common home, indictees N.A. and J.A., in interaction with each other, commit psychological violence, with the aim of violating the dignity of the other person within a family- damaged relationship and the S.D.
On the critical day, defendants oust the injured, who were old and mentally troubled, send her to stay in a part of the court (sllar), causing the same emotional distress.
With these actions, the N.A. and J.A. are charged that, in co-ordination, “Dhuna in the family” by Article 248, par.2 concerning Article 31 of the Criminal Code.
Otherwise, S.D. was found without life signs Monday in the village of Kuk of Dragas, while the case has opened as suspicious deaths.
And, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, reports that the prosecutor has authorised police for the enterprise of other investigative actions.
Likewise, police through a communique have announced that it has been an open case of domestic violence, while stressing that there are no suspects or detainees over the case.
