The Regional Investigation Sector after conducting forensic examination by the Legal Medicine Institute, by order of the prosecutor, have re-vised the victim's sister-in-law, suspect N. A born in 1958. Following the confrontation with new evidence suspected in the presence of the defence attorney has acknowledged having committed the” assassination, the statement said.
The case was initially qualified as the suspicious “death”, while now requalified as “grave murder”.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren has also been declared in the case. Evidence has reportedly been provided confirming allegations that the suspected N.A. has hit the victim several times by strong means in various parts of the body, which has caused death.
“Foundation Procurory in Prizren, announces the public opinion that in terms of the death of the victim S.D., in the village of Cook Puerto Dragas, following the investigation and forensic examination company of the victim, we have managed to provide relevant material evidence regarding the case, proving the alleged suspicion that the N.A. has hit several times the victim in various parts of the body, with the result of the victim's death. In the same case, suspected of criminal activity “grave murder” under the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK). By order of the same prosecutor, it's been detained for 48 hours.
