Xhavit Haliti, deputy of the Kosovo Assembly from the ranks of the opposition Democratic Party of Kosovo, tells Radio Free Europe that the Kosovo government should respect the proposals, but also Western partners' demands regarding the license issue.
He has declerated that only the Serbian president has benefited from all created situations.
The issue with the license plates, for me, is an unnecessary [show]. It's a sight, where Vuciq really benefited.
