Before the joint meeting, Borrell held separate meetings with Kurt and Vucinqi.
On Facebook Vetevendosje officials have distributed similar status in support of the prime minister, but not known whether the same concerns developments in Brussels.
Borrell is expected to hold a press conference after the meeting.
