Vuciq responds to Franco-German plan with a new draft

Prime Minister Kurti said he is heading towards Paris with two proposals in his bag -- one of Kosovo's requests for Serbia's recognition and the German franc plan that has been handed over to those two countries' officials. The Serbian side publicly says the German franc plan is unacceptable, but yesterday Vuciq found that the mediators [...]
The two European centres -- Berlin and Paris -- with the aim of advancing reports between Kosovo and Serbia for reaching an agreement between the two states -- have joined forces once again through a joint plan called the Franco-German proposal.
Such a proposal has been given to Pristina and Belgrade, and to the same Kurti and Vuciq, it has had to return.
Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vucic, spoke about it yesterday after meeting with France's president, Emmanuel Macro. The head of the Serbian state has suggested that the Franco-German proposal has been responded with a “non-paper”, while sʹka has provided details about the content.
Meanwhile, Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti in the late hours of Wednesday through a video address to Italicbook has suggested that Paris is being launched with two proposals. One that Kurti himself has made for the overall framework and the other Franco-German plan, which the head of the Government of Kosovo is considering as a good basis for further discussions, writes Express.
“I have two proposals on the table: mine for the overall framework of the agreement presented at the August 18th 2022 meeting in Brussels, as well as the Franco-German proposal having the support of the United States of America and the European Union, presented by emissars Jens Plötner and Emmanuel Bonne. Parial dialogue with others, rule of law for all, and peace and security in the entire territory go together”, Kurti had announced before leaving for Paris.
Regarding the proposals on Thursday in an interview for the Voice of America, US Department for the Western Balkans Special Representative Gabriel Escobar has spoken. Escobar has said it is still to weigh the answers the parties have provided for the French-German initiative.
While telling Prime Minister Kurti that it is not true that Vuciq through northern tension is aiming to cloud the opposition he has made to the Franco-German plan.
I don't think so. I think the reaction is to what's going on in the field. It's too early for us to weigh the answers. This situation, this crisis should be treated for what it is. There are tensions increasing due to lack of communication, lack of co-ordination and lack of will to participate and to fully engage in dialogue”, Escobar has said.
The French-German proposal has stopped slightly in recent days as a result of straining the situation in the north of the Republic of Kosovo, as Serbs have issued Kosovo institutions as opposition to the suspension of Nenad Djurovic from the position of regional police director since he has refused to implement the Kosovo Government's decision on illegal plates.
From Washington, there have been direct calls at Prime Minister Albin Kurti's address for delaying the decision on license plates. The European Union has the same demand.
