According to Vuciqi, Borrell has demanded from the Serbian side that no more be issued to target “KM” for Serbs in Kosovo, which the Serbian president has acknowledged.
We will listen to the advice and requirements of the [European] High Representative, Borrell. He has demanded that they [Kosovo officials] not pronounce fines, so we don't issue new KM plates for what we said was okay. We'll respect that.
