Victims are the following:
-38-year-old Arzu Ozoi and her 15-year-old daughter;
- The eldest daughter of Yusuf Meydan and his 9-year-old daughter Evrin;
-Adem Topkara and his 27-year-old wife, Mukandes Elif Topkara;
The nine-year-old father worked at the Ministry of the Family in Turkey.
“I curse this attack that killed a father and his daughter”, the minister said after the event.
Turkish Interior Minister Sulejman Soylu early Monday blamed the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) for the attack and announced an arrest.
The “Person who planted the bomb was arrested. Based on our findings, the PKK terrorist organisation is responsible for the bombing of”, Soylu said.
