The law on road traffic regulations envisions penalties for drivers who during the winter -- the period involving time between November 15th and March 15th -- driving their vehicles without winter equipment.

Under the Law, it is convicted of impeachment, with fines of 100 to 300 euros, even the legal person or public institution on whose behalf and within whose authorisations the driver has acted.
