Tahiri has called on the government to take urgent measures for the situation in northern Kosovo, while saying he is surprised at Kurti's approach.
“As MPs we are not serious, we are not handling the state of emergency with any seriousness. For the AAK, the need for urgent measures is to take care of security in the country. Today, the prime minister is due to report on his partnership with the United States. I have a question for the VV MP: Is Prime Minister Kurt supposed to come to the market today, what is the situation in northern Kosovo? I am surprised at Kurti's approach”, Tahiri said.
Tahiri has also talked about the energy crisis, which has blamed the government for the situation in this sector being deteriorating. According to Tahiri, Kurti Government's actions on this issue are symbolic.
The request for emergency measures, now six times shows us some indicators. The first is about a hypothetical question: Is the Government willing 20 months to maintain the state of emergency and therefore six times take steps to do so. How can the Government through the Ministry provide no analysis for the state of electricity. This situation is deteriorating and government actions are symbolic”, Tahiri concluded.
