Szunyog: Visa decision to be made by year's end

EU Ambassador to Kosovo Thomas Szunyog has said that by the end of this year a decision on visa liberalisation will be made. Suznyog, while discussing the Kosovo Report, said he is happy that the country's prime minister, Albin Kurti, has said that by 20224 one would have to be achieved. [...]

Suznyog, while discussing the Kosovo Report, said he is happy that the country's prime minister, Albin Kurti, has said that by 20224 an agreement would have to be reached with Serbia.

According to him, this process also closely relates to Kosovo's European processes towards membership in the European Union.

“I am confident the decision will be made by the Council before this year's end. The decision will be made in 2022. Let's hope this happens and then we'll remove a problem from table”, Szunyog said in the debate on the “Enlargement Report: What's in it for Kosovo?
