Following the suspension of the Djuric Commander, Petkoviqi complains to Lajcak

Kosovo Police Director Fehmi Hoti has sponsored from duty the regional police director in northern Mitrovica, Nenad Djurovic, who has refused to implement the government's decision on license plates. But, from Serbia, they have condemned this decision of institutions in Kosovo. According to the announcement, the Djuriqi suspension was made for [...]
According to the announcement, Djuriqi's suspension was made due to “not to establish legal authorization and implement official decisions”.
Djuric's suspension recommended earlier on November 3rd the Kosovo Police Inspectorate, which said Djuric suspected of criminal acts “Sabotim” and “Call for resistance”.
Petkov: Djuric suspended due to protection of Serbian people
The director of the so-called Office for Kosovo in Serbia's Government, Petar Petkovovic, said at an extraordinary media conference that Djuric was suspended because “ai stood in defense of the Serbian people”.
“They do not want to participate in the persecution of the Serbian people, because that is not the goal of the Brussels Agreement. Where is the mistake when Djuric said he would not participate in the decisions of Albin Kurti, which are political”, he said.
Petkov added that on the matter of suspending the police director in the north, he has also talked with European Union envoy Miroslav Lajcak, who, as he said, has told him that Kurti “has no right to replace” the police director for the north region.
On November 2nd, Djuric said the police in the north would not implement the Government's decision to hand out threatening sheets to drivers with license plates issued by Serbia.
“We cannot implement that decision because it is political and directed primarily against the Serb community, which we belong to as ourselves”, Djuric said, and added that “traffic units from Pristina have been sent to the north to exert pressure”.
Djuric announced this decision after meeting with representatives of the Serbian List ʹ the main party of Serbs in Kosovo and four mayors of municipalities in the north, inhabited by Serb majority (North Mitrovica, Leposaviq, Zvecan and Zubin Potok).
Djuric said that with this decision, the general directorate in Pristina and all international actors has been informed. / REL/
