Meanwhile, only 11.1% feel that the woman makes that decision. But a large number of Albanians think that the decision to purchase household equipment, car or house both get the same.
While it comes to child education, it is the woman who makes the most decisions with 21.1% and men with 10.1%. Meanwhile, 67.4% of Albanians think children's education decides both.
The woman in Albanian families has greater weight in terms of buying food and clothing by 47.4% and the husband only 8.7%. While, 43.6% of Albanians think they are both deciding.
According to this survey, the father is responsible for disciplining children with 63.8%, and only 34.5% think the mother is responsible.
Albanians divide children's education according to gender, saying that boys should be educated by father and girls from mother by 44..8%. While 34.4% of respondents disagree with this division.
The findings are of the Barometer at Euronews Albania, conducted during the period 9-21 September 2022, conducted by the MRB and Data Centrum, at a national level with 1,000 interviews face to face.
