AugustI's letter to the SBASK says the collective contract has been cut off unilaterally “based on the legal framework in effect in the Republic of Kosovo, and due to lack of legal base, disparagement with public order provisions and lack of legitimacy of the signatory side”.
On this issue, the Express newspaper has contacted Vjollca Shala deputy head of SBASK.
She said that if this Miami act is unilateral, it's illegal.
We haven't been informed of the break of collective contract. If the collective contract is cut off only by the end of AugustI, then it is illegal because the collective contract explains the procedure for breaking the contract. This does not contribute to any social dialogue between the SBASK and AugustI”, she said.
Shala announced that the SBASK issue will be collected tomorrow and will see the next “Ecure”.
