The Sheriff in Periscope: Albin Kurti wants to destroy this country and create the new Republic

In Ilir Mirena's next video post, carried by Periscope, extremely interesting comes the Initiative's Bilal Sheriff, who analyses our country's current situation in front of Serbia, from an entirely unusual perspective since he was also a member of the Kosovo delegation in negotiations in Vienna, from which the Ahtisaari Pack emerged. [...]
The sheriff in this video, says Kurti is targeting the new Republic that, in turn, says it is not and has never been against partitioning Kosovo.
“Kurti is anti-state, he does not want this state, he wants on the ruins of the Republic that have emerged from the Pakoha of Ahtisaari to create another state”, the Sheriff says in this interview, apart from others.
“In the recently created situation, unfortunately not only Serbia will be blamed, but Kosovo will also be seen guilty. Kurti, it wasn't even the French-German plan himself, but he missed out on the steps”, the Sheriff says.
In this interview, Mr. Sheriff speaks of unprecedented moments, even about the time of co-operation with Kurt and VV, how he knows the Dehar family, speaks of today's Kosovo opposition and other topics.
Below, as Periscope usually does in this format of text and video, we are bringing the written interview divided into a few tiny undercaps like: Targets, dialogue, Franco-German proposal, highly problematic situation: In the north, we have a riot, Kurt thinks the ambassadors will grab their throats: No, they catch you with other topics.
TRAGS, DYALOGU, FRANKO-GERMAN PROPOZING: Serbia benefits from this whole situation because we have been in a process of dialogue as we know it has already become a Franco-German plan, as far as it is said to be a beautiful ambitious plan through which we could move forward in normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
Kosovo did not need such a pretext, because as we heard today Kurt at the conference, he said Serbia through these actions has practically said no to the French German plan.
Kosovo should have brought Serbia into that situation that it refused the plan formally, to tell the leaders not officially for this plan.
Through the government's recent actions, we have given the pretext to Serbia to fight no, in relation to the plan.
The problem is, it's not important how we see it, it's now how our allies will see it.
You can't say you have good relations with your allies when you don't respect a call for a decision.
Kurti has agreed to a decision on documents of identification for Serbia's documents issued for the Republic of Kosovo, has been able to postpone the decision for several months to give space to the French German plan.
The reasons why Albin Kurti gave this pretext to Serbia we don't know about, we can speculate, but I think Mr. Kurti hadn't intended to accept the Franco-German plan and postpone dialogue or this phase of dialogue has given Mr. Vuciqi the pretext to encourage Kosovo Serbs.
If in the best case this time around, the allies can see that the blame is both sides, but not as it is in reality that Serbia alone is guilty.
Little does matter whether the prime minister's move was legal or not, we know that actions like these are legitimate, no one has said they are legal, but even the partners have demanded that these actions be postponed until it is seen how this phase of dialogue continues.
The best Kosovo can get out of this situation, to make Serbia responsible, and not to remain on its own, that the risk is that Kosovo is to blame because it gave Vuciqiqi's pretext to take the action it took.
If Mr. Kurt had done these actions after Serbia had rejected the French-German plan, we would all applaud even the Allies would have supported him.
Sheriff: P FRANKO-GERMAN LANY OF THE BOYDNICH, POR NATURY WRITER IN THE PLAIN OF THE COUNTRY CONDITIONAL ESES
Mr. Kurti has a problem with himself, he in his political AND has the fight against Association, no matter what or no executive powers. He says that in Kosovo there can be nothing about an ethnic association, but we all know it's an ethnic association. He is not yet willing to walk in this regard. We all know that this phase of dialogue did not provide mutual recognition.
Imagine, Albin Kurti, who was established, won 51% to come into a position where he would accept a single-ethnic association.
The price of association is high regardless of whether recognition is shared with him.
Imagine Kurt coming to a deal with the Association downtown, without recognition.
Serbia's approach in relation to Kosovo has been and are territorial.
I'm afraid this road will now strengthen the belief in the Allies that there will be no choice but territorial and lead to Kurt's fixation for the Third Republic.
SEREPH: GREAT PROBLEM INWAY ERI TANIA WE HAVE A CHOSE
I think we have a constitutional system based on the Ahtisaari Pack negotiated in Vienna with the international side, not Serbia.
I've been to several meetings myself, and I remember well that Ahtisaari often only listened to the parties what they had to say, take notes and come out. Then he sent out drafts. We've often run into each other but he didn't mess with us.
What I'm saying is, we have a state built on it, known by more than 100 states on the very basis of that pact between Kosovo and the international community.
I'm afraid this integration (northern) within that system will no longer work.
Political problems are not solved by legal means, because you are always right.
The problem is that there is a Kosovo Serb uprising against the political system in Kosovo.
Northern Serbs are hostage to Serbia, but this does not free us from responsibility, that we say we take them hostage on one side, on the other we do not treat them as hostages. If they enter a bank and take the staff hostage, if we consider them hostage, should we save the hostages or treat them all the same as the hostages. Our job is to get our actions in that direction so the hostages can experience less damage.
Serbia does not accept the reality of independent Kosovo, Albin Kurti does not accept the reality of the 2013 agreement.
SEREPH: AMBASADDORS DO NOT TA FOR FYTI, CENTURY VIEW ENJECTION - Yeah. GIVE
Mr. Kurt is constantly saying he's in touch with them, but he's not showing what they're saying.
If someone believes that the ambassadors have their throats, they force a request on you, wrong.
There's no such thing as behavior.
They're being publicly forced to market what they have to do with Mr. Kurt. Ambassadors take us to the level of suggestions, requests, quietness, and the fairy does not freeze.
Mr. Kurt thought they'd stuck them to their throats, so they'd come in, and others were bugged, so they'd come in. I don't care what they say. I'm getting their demands.
But if you're willing to accept their demands, they wash you off like that. Your move, your fault.
Nobody forces you. If you think you can push things forward, they wash you off, but if you create situations you can't get out of, they can tell you the consequences.
SEREPH: CENTURY ALBIN UNMATCHED There's a room. COSOVA
But since Thaci was in the opposition and Thaci was president, he did not want this to go through them. I think that the one in essence, you can't be for national union and be for the Ahtisaari Pack that you've been fighting and you can't set the cause for national unity and against talks with Serbia.
I think Kurt is taking the country from a French-German plan to a situation where everything has to be written from zero, ask Kosovo and Serbia what you are able to give and Serbia requires territory. He always called for territory.
If we have territorial solutions, there are no more Ahtisaari packages, there must be a new Republic of Mr. Kurti, the few pieces that will remain because we don't know how many will remain, if we enter such a process, we don't know where it stops.
When you cross these boundaries, we don't know where that part stops.
Albin Kurti, for everything he's been disgusted with in opposition, most of them are applying to power, that cherry metaphor, has got one cherry left: Zajednica, as it turns out, is not ready to swallow, to eat and realize that it's really hard to sign an agreement in which the one-ethnic association on whose cause by opposing it has grown. /Citations written in the first self: From Bilall the Sheriff's interview.
